Welcome to Killarney Holiday Homes. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including bookings, stays, and other interactions with our properties listed on this website. By booking any of our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a €100 deposit and the remaining balance as per the listing on this website. Payments are processed through Stripe. Bookings are subject to confirmation of availability.

1.2. Rates: The rates for each property are listed on this website and are subject to change without prior notice. The rate applicable at the time of booking will be honoured.

1.3. Taxes and Fees: All taxes, cleaning fees, linen and towels, and other applicable charges are included in the total booking amount displayed on this website.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the reservation for a full refund, including the €100 deposit.

2.2. Standard Cancellation: For cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date, guests will receive a full refund of the total booking amount, excluding the €100 deposit.

2.3. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date are non-refundable, and the total booking amount will be forfeited.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-In: Check-in time is from 5:00 PM onwards. Guests must notify us of their estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2. Check-Out: Check-out time is by strictly 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be accommodated if possible but must be confirmed in advance and a late check out may be charged without prior organisation.

4. House Rules

4.1. Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.

4.2. Noise and Disturbance: Guests are expected to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The host reserves the right to evict the tenant in the event of any reported noise disturbance and no refund of the security deposit or accommodation charges will be given.

4.3. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified in the property listing and approved in advance.

4.4. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. A minimum €100 charge from the security deposit will be charged if this occurs. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

4.5. Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately, and guests may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

4.6. Any abuse of staff will not be tolerated.

5. Liability

5.1. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety. Killarney Holiday Homes is not liable for any loss, theft, or injury sustained during the stay.

5.2. Any damage to cars at the property are not the responsibility of Killarney Holiday Homes. 

5.3. Property Condition: Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional charges.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Data Use: Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing the reservation and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

6.2. Communication: By booking with us, guests agree to receive communications regarding their reservation and stay.

7. General

7.1. Amendments: Killarney Holiday Homes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.

7.2. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
